Power washed to remove chalky residue. Scraped off any remaining peeling paint. Spot primed any bare metal spots with DTM Primer. Applied Sherwin Williams Sher-Cryl as first coat, and top coat. Using Sher-Cryl allows the metal to expand and contract with weather without cracking paint.
